2008 Chef's Holiday Cooking Demonstrations, at The Shops at Canal Place
December 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 20 Learn the secrets of local cuisine from the chefs who make New Orleans the culinary capital of the world! Acclaimed chefs from throughout the area share their favorite recipes at free cooking demonstrations and samplings that are guaranteed to spice up your holidays. Brought to you by Williams-Sonoma and the Shops at Canal Place. Space is limited, so come early!
